The Grail Moviehouse is committed to making this space accessible and welcoming to all. We are in the process of updating equipment to provide our hearing impaired patrons options for accessibility in all 3 Screens. Our staff is always available to answer questions or provide additional information on accessibility.
Grail Moviehouse is pleased to provide physical accessibility in all of our facilities, including bathrooms and all three screening rooms. Screen one has traditional theater seats with spaces for wheelchairs and companion seats. Theaters 2 and 3 have moveable seating to provide accessibility and a choice of seating location.
Currently our equipment in Screen 2 supports Closed Captioning (CC) for films where CC is available.
If you are in need of captions in films shown in another screen, we can provide open captions for many of our films at patron request with at least 12 hours notice. Email or Call us with your request and we can arrange an Open Caption screening when available*.
** Please note that not all films are distributed with closed/open captioning capability. **
Assistive Listening Devices are available for all films shown in Screen 2. We are currently in the process of purchasing assistive listening devices for Screens 1 and 3. You may bring your own headphones as well to plug into our device.
Currently our equipment in Screen 2 DOES support Descriptive Audio (AD) for films where AD is available. You may bring your own headphones as well to plug into our device.
If you are in need of descriptive Audio in films shown in Screens 1 or 3, please email or call us with your request with at least 12 hours notice and we will do our best to arrange a screening when available*.
