The Grail Moviehouse is committed to making our space accessible and welcoming to all. We are in the process of updating equipment to provide our hearing impaired patrons options for accessibility in all 3 Screens. Our staff is always available to answer questions or provide additional information on accessibility.
The Grail Moviehouse offers screenings with Open Captions on the first screening of the day on Sunday and on the first and last screening on Wednesdays where Open Captions are available. Showtimes will be noted with an asterick * on the Schedule at a Glance and Individual Movie Pages. Physical Accessibility
Grail Moviehouse phyiscally accessibility throughout our theater, including bathrooms and all three screening rooms. All three theaters have traditional theater seating along with armchairs and moveable seating to provide accessibility and a choice of seating location. There are no steps required to enter the lobby or any theater.
Closed/Open Captions
Currently our equipment in Screens 1 and 2 support Closed Captioning (CC) for films where CC is available. Simply request CC devices when you arrive. If you are unsure if a film is available with Closed Captioning, don’t hesitate to email and we will get back to you promptly.
If you are in need of captions for films shown in screen 3, we can request open captions from the distributor. Often the films screened in Cinema 3 do not have captioning available from the distributor. Email or Call us as soon as possible with your request and we can arrange an Open Caption screening when available*.

Assistive Listening
Assistive Listening Devices are available for all films. You may bring your own headphones as well to plug into our device.
Descriptive Audio
Currently our equipment in Screens 1 and 2 support Descriptive Audio (AD) for films where AD is available. You may bring your own headphones as well to plug into our device.
If you are in need of descriptive Audio in films shown in Screen 3, please email or call us with your request with at least 24 hours notice and we check on availability and do our best to arrange a screening when the film supports Descriptive Audio*.
